Krista Rickert

Director of Rubber City Prints & President of Board

Krista Rickert holds her BA in Printmaking and BA in Psychology from Kent State University.  She began working for RCP in 2014 and became Director in 2015.  Under Krista's supervision RCP has significantly increased its community outreach programs and has succeeded in creating exhibition opportunities for local artists.  She continues to work with interns and volunteers to further involve the community in the non-profit arts organization. 

Erica Criss

Board Member & Advisor

Erica Criss holds her MFA in Printmaking from Kent State University.  She has been involved with RCP since its inception and continues to sit on the board and serve as their webmaster.  Erica currently lives in NYC and is the Program Manager for another non-profit printshop: Manhattan Graphics Center. 

Hui-Chu Ying

Board Member & Advisor

Hui-Chu Ying received her MFA from West Texas A & M State University, MA from West Texas A & M State University, BA from San Jose State University, and BS from Shih Chien College; Taipei, Taiwan. Her work is a reflection of her concern with humanity's suffering resulting from wars, disasters, disease and loss. She exploits all the possibilities of various media by combining painting, drawing, etching, screen-printing and collage, as well as others, in her work.

Pam Testa


Pam Testa holds her MFA in Printmaking from Kent State University which is where she conceived of the idea for Rubber City Prints.  With the help of fellow friends and colleagues, RCP became a reality in November of 2014. Aside from being the Founder, Pam sits on the board as President.
